CANCELLATION POLICY
- A minimum of 28 days notice from check in time is required for the cancellation / amendment of a group booking reservation or over peak periods (e.g. holiday weekends, event periods, etc). Thereafter, the deposit may be retained.
- A minimum of 48 hours notice from check in time is required for the cancellation / amendment of a reservation over non-peak periods. Cancellations with less than 48 hours. notice may result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged.
- A cancellation / amendment to a reservation (or an existing stay) advised outside the above time frames or a 'No Show' may result in a cancellation fee charged equivalent to the entire booking amount.
- Any cancellation fee charged will be refunded if room(s) are re-let under similar terms and conditions of the original reservation.
- We reserve the right to accept reservations that are subject to a minimum stay period over peak periods. A request to reduce the length of stay on an existing reservation may result in the reservation no longer being accepted.
- All reservations made through this web site must be accompanied by credit card details and the card will be debited for the full amount at the time of reservation.
- No refunds or changes are permitted for the ONLINE PREPAID SPECIAL ROOM TYPE / PACKAGE.
