Good and Iffy
Carpet needs a clean in room 22, but overall us, we're happy. Indoor pool is cold not heated currently, which was fine with me but sign says heated indoor pool still.
The Spa even though the room needs renovating, I've heard they have started ;)

Nice comfortable utility unit.
1. Outside light shining thru the drapes. 2. Faulty refrigerator switch 3. Faulty jug switch. 4. No toaster. 5. TV tuned to Sky Sports - wanted NZ TV Channels
Clean and comfortable. Good access. Most obliging staff.

When we saw the room inside, we went around the neighborhood and inquired to stay at another locatio
The hotel was old and beat down. The room decor was Hideous and the shower head was cheap. The staff only changed the sheets once in one week, even after I asked specifically asked to do so. The hotel restaurant was under construction, and Still offered menu items, but we refused to inquire. The swimming pool was disgusting and looked unsafe. Chips in cement, discolored cement, water looked gross as well. It’s was so bad we didn’t bother going in even though we really wanted to go swimming.
I liked the fact we were in New Zealand!

Great place to stay if filth is your thing
The carpet filthy,Bed filthy,Room stunk of mold,didn’t sleep there too dirty I can still smell it 4 days later
we booked into the Camelot motel 4 doors from this place same price 10 times cleaner

Not good, will not be returning.
Asked for a quiet room, didn't get one.
No towels, no milk in the very old noisey fridge, had to ask for these items. No blind on glass panel door, it had been broken, the curtains were very old a bit tatty, as were the bed spreads. Very old dirty shower curtain, broken latch on window so any one on the Main Street could see in when walking past. This window was in the shower so water from the broken shower head went out the window. Over all the place needs a good refurb!!!!!!
